The first meeting of the Planning Committee will take place from 25-27 October 2024. The purpose of the Workshop will be for all members to meet in person, to build trust, team spirit, and finalize planning for Pre-Summit to take place in December. It would also be the ideal forum to finalize important constituent documents like the Declaration of Intent, etc. Members of the Various Work Streams would also be able to meet in person and finalize TOR, proposals, and budgets that may still be outstanding. We are planning for the attendance of +-150 members.
